At Ketra Gear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Underwear, shapewear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@ketragear.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us at support@ketragear.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
